Quick snack – kale chips!

I’m this kind of person who likes to eat one thing for whole month and then completely forgets about it and never eats it again. Wanna know what’s been my last guilty pleasure?

KALE CHIPS a.k.a. THE EASIEST SNACK ON EARTH

All you need is some kale, salt and a working oven!

Tasty? Yes!

Crunchy? Yes!

Healthy? YES!

Remove the ribs from washed kale then cut it in small pieces. I usually don’t even use knife, I just tear it apart with my bare hands.

This is definetely a snack for lazy people.

Put the kale chips on a baking sheet and preheat an oven to 330 degrees. Add a bit of salt and pepper (garlic powder is great too) and drizzle it with a bit of olive oil. Bake for 5-7 minutes.

And here we go! Ready to eat.

Kale chips are a great alternative to the love of my life, potato chips. I often make them before a movie night or when my friends are coming over.
